Rated 5 out of 5 by Fast fix As expected, my new straighteners do the job as well as my last ones, but faster. My very old ghd seemed to have lost heat and took a long time to style with them so never got the best finish. So very happy with my new ghd - thanks for asking! Nothing else works as well and lasts so long. A one off expensive buy but hey, I used my last ones every day for about 6 years ... and they're still in my cupboard as a working spare! 15 June 2013
Rated 3 out of 5 by GHD Classic Gold Styler I am not has thrilled with these GHD's as I was with the first styler that I purchased in 2003. These were the GHD Professional & are still going strong. The Gold Classic Styler doesn't appear to leave my hair as smooth as the original and the plates do not seem as smooth gliding over my hair. 15 June 2013
Rated 5 out of 5 by Excellent feel and performance These are the first GHD stylers I have had, so obviously I am really enjoying them. I still find them slightly uncomfortable to hold - I think the handle has less grip than I am used to. But overall the smooth design means that they don't snag my hair, which is fantastic, and I don't know why, but my hair just seems to stay straighter with GHDs... I also like the fact that I can put them away when they are still hot thanks to the heat-proof sheath. 14 June 2013

My hair is coloured and can be prone to being frizzy on the ends but these are the best straighteners to make my hair sleek. 14 June 2013

It doesn't burn the ends of my hair and actually straightens it properly unlike the one I used before which would leave a few uneven waves, it leaves my hair looking healthy and feeling amazing, plus I only have to use it about once or twice a week because it stays straight now. I recommend this straightener to EVERYONE! In the future I hope to buy more amazing GHD products like this one. 14 June 2013
